Work Summary:
The Business Operations Executive – Sales & Marketing (GR-CY) at Wosom Services Limited is responsible for managing daily business operations, driving sales, executing marketing strategies, and overseeing social media and customer engagement. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing client relationships, and enhancing Wosom’s digital presence through targeted campaigns and content creation. With a highly competitive commission structure and exclusive profit-sharing for Cyprus and Greece, this position offers significant earning potential and a long-term partnership opportunity. The role allows for remote work with fixed hours, requiring a proactive, results-driven individual with strong sales, marketing, and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations:
Support the Managing Director in daily operations and project execution.
Attend meetings, prepare action plans, and ensure timely implementation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Identify opportunities for European and Cyprus national grants and lead funding applications.
Assist in resolving operational challenges and contribute to decision-making.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure excellent customer service.
Sales & Marketing:
Contact potential and existing clients to introduce Wosom’s services and schedule meetings.
Drive sales by achieving targets through a performance-based commission structure.
Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital and social media campaigns.
Collaborate with designers to create engaging digital content.
Contribute to promotional activities and brand awareness efforts.
Social Media & Email Marketing:
Manage and moderate Wosom’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Generate, edit, and publish engaging content, including daily posts and weekly newsletters.
Monitor campaign performance, SEO metrics, and generate reports.
Conduct A/B testing and suggest new audience engagement strategies.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.
Customer Support:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and social media.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and answering questions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, social media management, and business operations.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and automation tools.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project is a plus).
Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Willingness to travel within Cyprus when required.
