Work Summary:
The Operations Manager at Wosom is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves coordinating various operational functions, streamlining workflows, and ensuring smooth execution across departments. The Operations Manager will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards, improving processes, and fostering collaboration to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiency & Process Improvement
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to enhance productivity.
Establish and enforce best practices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the operations team, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Align team members with organizational goals to drive efficiency and high performance.
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure smooth coordination.
Resource & Quality Management
Oversee staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve operational targets.
Monitor resource utilization to ensure cost-effective operations.
Implement quality control processes to maintain high service and product standards.
Compliance & Security
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Establish security protocols for data privacy, especially in a remote work setup.
Maintain a stable and secure work environment with strong internet security measures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management or a leadership role.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
Familiarity with e-commerce or online directory platforms.
Work Environment & Evaluation
