4. Performance Management: Design and implement performance appraisal systems, providing guidance to managers on performance feedback, goal setting, and career development.

5. Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skills and competencies.

6. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

7. HR Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations, ensuring Wosom’s HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
