  • We offer 4 options to cater to all types of businesses. The first option is the Free Listing, which offers the most basic listing type, or you can choose from one of our premium package options. Option 1 ‘Yearly Subscription’, Option 2 ‘Annual Subscription’, Option 3 ‘Lifetime Subscription’.

  • Our self service system allows you to create, upgrade, edit and manage your listing(s) yourself. Simply sign-up or login to your account here

How can I renew, upgrade or edit a directory listing?

  • You can update your own details using our automated system  here, call us on 77774444, or use our contact form here

Can I upgrade during the 12 months listing period?

  • Yes, we’ll upgrade you and your listing will automatically restart for an extra 12 months from the moment you upgrade your listing. You will not qualify for a refund for the remaining time. To upgrade now, you can call us on 77774444.

How do I pay for a listing in the directory?

  • Our self service system here uses                 , which requires a credit or debit card payment. We are happy to accommodate any other forms of payment if you contact our sales team on 77774444.

Can I have my listing shown in another category?

Can I have more than one listing in the Wedding.Wosom.Com Directory?

  • You can add multiple businesses to the Wosom.ComDirectory. Simply login to the automated service system to create, update and manage your listing(s). Alternatively you could call our sales team on 77774444 or use our contact form here.

What if I want to cancel my listing?

  • If you have a free listing, you can request for it to be removed by calling 77774444, email us at weddingbox@ wosom.com . If you have taken out a paid for listing, you are still able to remove your listing, but you will not be entitled to a refund.

What can I do if I have any other query or need help with my listings?

  • If you wish to contact us regarding your listing, you can call us on 77774444 or you can use our contact form here.

Do you allow my social media channels to be displayed on my listing?

  • Yes, there is allowance for your facebook and instagram.

Do l get my own login and can l edit my listing at any time?

  • Yes, once you sign-up through our page you will receive login details that you can use to edit your listing.

How are enquiries handled?

  • On every listing there is an email contact form that couples can use to reach you. When the couple hits submit you receive a copy of the form directly to the email address you supply in your listing. It is then up to you to make contact with the enquirer directly. We do not charge per lead.
